PLAY IT COOL

Dear readers, I like to play a 30year old sometimes. I don't know what it is about me but I would rather much prefer people saying I am a lot older for my age. I guess I am just attracted to maturity; I find it very soothing. With this look, I was aiming for that 'smart sophisticated cool confident independent successful business woman'. Well that was a mouthful! This is probably one of the best look I have published here on my blog simply because it screams out my personality or should I say the woman I aim to be one day.

As always thank you so much for stopping by. I hope you are happy, healthy and spreading your beautiful smile to the world everyday. x

Love, Surichha

WE ARE BUILDING NEPAL TOGETHER

Dear readers, for today's post I am sharing with you a hand screen-printed t-shirt made by yours truly. As this was my very first attempt on screen-printing t-shirts, in all honesty, yes, they are nowhere near perfect and there are few rather noticeable errors but I guess it’s the purpose that counts right? Also, please remember it’s for a good cause and that “We will be building Nepal together” by purchasing this t-shirt.

If you live in the UK and would like to purchase this t-shirt then please do message me on Facebook (the link to my page can be found on the left-hand side of this page).

Please also note that 100% profits will be donated to people in desperate need in Nepal.

The t-shirt retails for £20.

Thank you for stopping by. x

Love, Surichha

ALL ABOUT THE CROP TOP

Dear readers, I am officially back with a smile! Well I'm not exactly smiling in these pictures. But. But, I am content with everything and everyone I have in my life. I'm not an expert but if you are someone suffering from stress, anxiety, depression or anything you would like to talk about then please feel free to contact me. Believe me I can relate myself to you and I'll be all ears and hopefully I will be able to put a smile on your face.

Anyways, on to this crop top. If you are a regular reader of this blog then you know I love black, I love crop tops and I love turtle necks! This crop top surely ticks off all the list. As the crop top is in a ribbed style the quality of it is very promising unlike some flimsy cheap cotton material tops. Very pleased with this purchase indeed.

Before I leave you, I have also filmed a new video where I have styled this piece. Do head over to my YouTube channel to watch the video.

THE CLASSIC WHITE SHIRT

Dear readers, today I have come up with three different looks inspired by the classic white shirt. It was such a struggle capturing these pictures as I have yet again managed to misplace my wireless remote controller. *SMH* Anyways I hope you're all healthy and happy. I shall be back with another post soon.

As always I have linked everything I am wearing on my YouTube channel.

EAST MEETS WEST

Dear readers, if you guys didn't know already I was in Nepal last year. During my stay I paid an awful lot of attention to many fabric stores and tailors. In Nepal, I was able to hand-pick fabrics of my own choice and turn them into clothes that hugged me perfectly at the right places. I was able to witness clothes being made from scratch! One of the most pleasurable and satisfying things I must say.

For today's look I have paired my beautiful black and gold eastern hand-made blouse with a western scuba midi black skater skirt. Hope you guys enjoyed this post.

As always, thank you for stopping by! x

LESS IS MORE

Dear readers, I've managed to catch a cold and haven't been feeling too well lately. The days aren't looking so bright and stress, anxiety, depression are slowly starting to take over me (yet again). Nevertheless, I am certain all the negativity will subside. It may take a day, a week, a year but it will subside. On a positive note I hope you're all well and happy.

Anyways, it's been a while now more and more I am gravitating towards men's fashion wear. The perfect way to describe men's fashion style is probably 'Less is more'. For today's look, that is exactly what I have aimed for. If you've been reading my posts for some time now, my accessories are always very minimum. In fact the only accessory you'll see me wearing would be a watch. I simply love how men dress so effortlessly! If you're a guy reading this, hats off to you!

CO-ORD MY LADIES

Dear beautiful human beings, I admit I kind of sort of am addicted to co-ordinates. Once someone mentioned that a co-ord goes out of its limelight once it's been worn. I beg to differ as I see many possibilities on styling co-ordinates. The crop top can be easily dressed up with a pair of skirt or dressed down with a pair of jeans or trousers. I shall therefore continue to invest co-ords in my closet.

Look 2. "GO BACKLESS"
Look 3. "GO OFF SHOULDER"
Dear dears, it's not even February yet and I already have people asking me, "So Surichha, who's going to be your Valentine?". Like every year I'm going to stay indoors, drink my cup of mint tea accompanied by my favourite books and movies. Anyways, if you are someone who does happen to have a date for Valentine's then I hope these three outfits will inspire you to create your very own look.

GO BLACK OR GO HOME

LOOK 1.
LOOK 2.
LOOK 3.
Hi guys! I think by now we've all gathered that I love black! These are three random outfits that I have come up with. My personal favourite is without a doubt LOOK NO. 3! The reason being because lately, I have been loving menswear! I really admire how men dress so effortlessly. All they need is a plain top, a pair of trousers, shoes, blazer and a really good watch. Make sure to follow @highfashionmen on Instagram for inspiration.

TOM BOY INSPIRED

Hi guys! I'm back with another outfit! It was only yesterday I was going through my childhood pictures. I was seriously a tom boy! I absolutely HATED (notice how it's in caps lock) skirts and dresses! My father would buy me clothes from the boy's section as I always refused to wear girly clothes. I don't know if you know me long enough but I was over 10lbs when I was born and when my father held me for the first time, he yelled out, "It's a boy!" He still proudly calls me 'chora' (son)! *shakes head* This outfit is an inspired look from my childhood days I guess.

BACK WITH BLACK

Dear readers, don't mind me for going black again. To those who don't know yet I am back in London safe and sound. My time in Nepal was absolutely beautiful! [Do scroll down to read my short post on my experience in Nepal]. For today's look I am sporting a turtle neck jumper with all black dungaree. Every winter I pull out my turtle neck as I do strongly believe it is the best piece to be worn for the season! I remember last year, I was teased for wearing a turtle neck. There were comments such as, "Are you a school teacher?", "Are you suppose to be a priest?", "Are you off to attend a funeral?". However, now that I am back in London, I see tons of beautiful ladies sporting the turtle neck. I guess people are always right when they say, "Don't let someone else's opinion of you become your reality."
